Maximum Meal Allowance

               The employee shall be reimbursed for the actual expenses incurred in 
      obtaining meals except that such cost shall not exceed $25.00 per day
      for in-state meals and $32.00 per day for out-of-state meals. The time
      limitations for breakfast will not apply for overnight trips when returning
      early in the morning.
