Mileage rates
 
  If a University vehicle is available and the traveler 
 elects to drive a personal vehicle, the reimbursable rate 
 is 46.5 cents per mile.
 
  If a University vehicle is not available, the 
 reimbursable rate is 50.5 cents per mile. In order to be 
 reimbursed at 50.5 cents per mile, a statement from 
 Transportation Services confirming the non-availability 
 must be attached to the Travel Reimbursement voucher.
