Update on the elimination of paper pay stubs for University employees

The June 15th payroll is the last time USC will issue/distribute paper pay stubs to employees. After that date, University of South Carolina payroll statements of deposits and earning (pay stubs) will only be available via the “Past Paycheck” feature on the VIP system at http://www.vip.sc.edu

Columbia campus employees whose job does not provide convenient access to a computer can print/view the on-line pay stubs using designated stations in the Payroll Office located on the 7th floor of 1600 Hampton Street. Employees at Non-Columbia campuses can print/view pay stub information using terminals in the campus Human Resources Office or other areas designated by their campus administration.

Note: The procedure for employees who are issued a one-time paper paycheck due to establishing or revising direct deposition information will not be affected by this change.
