To request a copy of your W-2

Active Employees: W-2's for active USC employees were distributed on January 29th by employee department.

Inactive Employees: W-2's for inactive employees were mailed on January 29th to the address on file with USC as of Jan 4th.

If you need to obtain a copy of your USC W-2, come to the payroll office between 8:00-5:00 M-F at 1600 Hampton Street- 7th floor, contact the payroll office at 777-4227 OR e-mail your request to fairclmg@gwm.sc.edu

Important: E-mail requests MUST include the last four digits of your SSN, your FULL name as it appears in USC files, the old address information you believe is on file at USC, AND the address to mail your W-2 form to.
