Box Fees |
- Students assigned to University Housing and Greek Village residence halls are charged a Box Fee for mail service each term and the forwarding of mail for six (6) months from the last date student resided on campus.
- Requesting a Refund /Removal of Box Fee
Box fee refunds/removals are based on non-enrollment or withdrawal from the University for current term prior to official beginning date of classes each term.
Students assigned to a USC mail box number but are not enrolled or withdraw from the University prior to the official beginning date of classes each term must send a request to USC Postal Service at postoffice@sc.edu to be considered for a refund or removal of the box fee from their account. Please note that requests via phone will not be accepted.
USC Postal Service has sole discretion in the authorization of Box Fee refunds/removals from student accounts. |
