The USC Postal Service ask that all departments sending intra-campus mail using letter or large campus envelopes complete all headings in the TO: and FROM: fields

All off-campus mail to be shipped via UPS or mailed thru the United States Postal Service must have the appropriate Postal Authorization Forms attached to insure correct processing.  (See POSTAL AUTHORIZATION FORMS Explanation).

We encourage all staff and faculty members to verify their address on record (VIP) to insure that your correct address and location is current.

There are many data bases being used by different departments within the University of South Carolina.  If you notice an incorrect address, please ask the sending department to correct their data base.  This will help insure proper delivery or your mail or packages.

Mailings to individuals and organizations in departments must be broken down and rubber banded by department before being sent to USC Postal Serve for distribution
