Mr. Kelly
has 20 years of experience in central state government in South
Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a
B.S. degree. He joined the S.C. Budget and Control Board in 1981 and
has held several top management posts, including director of the
General Services Division and director of the Division of
Operations. From 1996 through 1999, he was chief of staff/operations
division director and oversaw the renovation of the State Capital.
In 1999, he was named executive director of the Budget and Control
Board.

Ken is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with B.S. in
Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees. He started working
as a student assistant with Contact and Grant Accounting in
1979, became a full-time employee in 1981 with the Controller's
Office and worked as the Associate Director of Housing for
Business Operations from 1984-1994. He has been with the Vice
President's office since August, 1994.

Eva began working for
the University in June 1991 as a floater assigned to Business and
Finance, and never floated anywhere else. She came to Columbia after
living in Atlanta for nine years. She was employed with the Gwinnett
County Public Schools system as secretary to the Assistant
Superintendent for Business and Finance. Originally from Birmingham,
Alabama, she worked with the Bell System for 17 years before moving to
Atlanta.
